Materials will be posted out in advance to make live with our researcher’s on the night. During checkout please indicate how many children will be taking part in order to provide enough materials.
Join researchers from Tyndall National Institute to explore the secrets of light and the science of walking through two short virtual workshops. With help from our researchers children will get the opportunity to learn about light and create their own spectroscope, a device that breaks up white light into the colours of the rainbow. They’ll also learn about biomechanics and will create their own walking toy.

- From Atoms to Systems – Explore the future of electronic based technologies from the Micro and Nano Systems Centre in Tyndall National Institute.
- Lab demonstration – This demo will focus on bioimpedance measurement circuits and its applications in biomedical and health monitoring.
