A look at the history of the building and its congregation over its 300 years.

The Unitarian church is Cork’s oldest place of worship having being opened in 1717. It is 300 years old this year and is still in use as a thriving and growing community. The church this year saw the appointment of its first minister in nearly 30 years. The Rev Mike O’Sullivan was ordained in the church in February of this year. In recent months, an extensive decorating programme was undertaken by the congregation and the results are well worth seeing.
